I have been playing for: 10 years
I started playing pool because:
My friends and I played in Upstate New York bars during winter. I had a
lot of fun with it, but had to take a few years off to raise my son (He
is serving Our Country in the Navy aboard the USS Nimitz). After a
couple of years off, I began playing again after moving to Texas in
1994.
I love most about pool:

Did someone influence you and pool? If so, who, how and what does
it mean to you?:
Over the years, I've had several people to play with and learn from. I
give them all credit for their patience and friendship. However, over
the last two years my boyfriend has been coaching me not only on my
technique, but my table strategies and options.
I want people to really know about me:
I get very serious and don't smile much during a match. I'm still
having fun and you can look forward to a smile and a handshake (win or
lose) when the match is over.
Non-pool related:
I'm a huge sports fan. I love hockey and football.
I have played at the 2002 APA Singles Regionals in Houston.
