Terry played pool from 17 to 20 and started back again at age 32.

Terry started playing pool because "the game looked easy enough...put the lil balls in the lil holes, how hard can that be? yeah right!" Terry says she's, "still working on it."

What does Terry love most about pool? "I love the never ending competition and sweat'n each and every match, pushing yourself to do better and learning from your mistakes, plus pool halls are air conditioned!!"

Jeremy Jones (professional pool player) influenced Terry, although she says, "he doesn't know it." Terry adds, "before he became pro, I would watch him for hours and hours gambling or practicing, taking in all that I could." In addition to Jeremy, "my husband Richard has always encouraged me to play, and accompanies me to every tournament," says Terry.

What does Terry want people to know about her? "Not much to know..except I'm short and stocky," as Terry laughs. Then she adds, "I will let you know that I pray to the Lord before each and every match, asking him to help me do my best, and to keep me calm and exhibit only good sportsmanship under any circumstances."

Terry has a "great, talented daughter, whom to one day, I will relinquish my cue."

Terry's highest finish has been 4th place on the Hunter Tour and 2nd place at the South Padre 2006 9-ball Championship.
