The Hunter Classics
Amateur
Women's Tour is largest & longest running women's tour in the
country! Ladies from across the world fill our tournament billiard
fields - all competing
for the guaranteed 1st place prize of $750!!
Wes Hunter of
Alamagordo,
NM donates a cue valued at a minimum of $1,600 for every stop,
which sponsors
this tour.
The Hunter Tour is a
WPBA
regional tour (with stops in TX, NM, and CO) which is nationally
recognized for its low entry fee, 2nd chance tournaments, 100% pay-back
with a third
to a half the field paid every time, and of course the high 1st place
prize.
Entry fees are
always
$30 with the second chance tournament at a low $10! The second
chance tournament
is always on Sunday and is for players who get knocked out of the main
event on the first day.
All stops are
qualifiers for WPBA events and you can qualify for the event by
paying an extra amount of money. Whoever has
placed the highest and paid the extra fee, gets to play in a WPBA
event!
Points are given at
each
stop for 1st through 64th places. At the end of the year, the Hunter
Tour
Champion is named. See Point Standings

Raffle tickets are
available
for Wes Hunter's cue and sometimes other items. Besides having the
chance
to win a beautiful custom made Hunter Cue (need not be present to win),
buying raffle tickets supports
the pool room and keeps this tour alive! Please keep this in mind
when you see
items being raffled.
